# Plan my week in 5 minutes

I'll dump what's on my plate. Help me plan the week.

## What I want back

**The three things that matter most this week.** Numbered. Specific. Not "make progress on X" — actual outcomes I'd celebrate.

**The tradeoff.** What am I implicitly choosing not to do this week by picking these three? Name it. If I don't agree with the tradeoff, I'll change my picks.

**One meeting to cancel.** Pick a candidate from my calendar (or my list) and explain why. If everything truly needs to happen, say so.

**The day each priority gets real time.** Not the whole day. A two-hour block. Tell me which day, when in the day, and what to do first when I sit down.

**The Friday check.** One sentence: "If by Friday I've done X, the week was a success." Make it concrete.

## Rules

- Be opinionated. I came to you because I can't pick.
- Don't ask me clarifying questions unless you really can't proceed.
- If my list is too long, tell me. Don't quietly drop things.

Here's what's on my plate:

On the house. Run it in Claude or ChatGPT, or install it as agent behavior.
