# Reply to an objection I just got an objection on a sales call (or in an email). I'll paste it. Give me three replies. ## What I want back **The short reply (1-2 sentences).** For when I want to keep moving. Acknowledges the objection, addresses it briefly, asks one clarifying question. **The medium reply (3-5 sentences).** For when the objection is real and deserves a real answer. Acknowledge → reframe → evidence → ask. **The walk-away (2-3 sentences).** For when this isn't the right fit and I'd rather close the door warmly than waste both our time. The walk-away is genuinely walking away — no bait, no "let's revisit in Q3." ## Rules - Don't be defensive. The objection is information, not an attack. - Don't oversell. If they said "too expensive," don't pretend it isn't. - Match their register. If they were curt, be curt. If they were warm, be warm. - Each reply should sound like a person, not a sales playbook. I'll paste the objection next.
On the house. Run it in Claude or ChatGPT, or install it as agent behavior.
